Term & Conditions

Our service to you

We will work with you to prioritise the areas that we clean so that you get the maximum benefit from our time and services within the time that you set.

We will not let just anyone come into your home, we train on a one to one basis on your home, until we are satisfied that your requirements and our standards can be met to the full.

We will clean to a very high standard and tidy where necessary to enable us to meet the required standard that we set as a company.

We will add that extra little touch, and dress areas where possible, to give you that finished show home standard.

We are happy to key hold for you and your key is held in a key safe at our of-fices which are alarmed and have shutters for that added security and peace of mind for you.

We love to show what we can do, so might take pictures from time to time for marketing purposes, if you’d prefer us not to take pictures, please let us know.

Customer Care

We pride ourselves in not just high standards of cleaning, but high standards of customer care, so please feel free to contact us with any feedback, good or bad, as we learn by them which enables us to grow as a company.

We also provide spot checks on our staff, to check your property after a clean from time to time, to maintain a high standard of service.

Our staff

All our cleaning staff will be uniformed and we are all fully insured.

All our staff will either be well known by us as a company, referenced and home checked or DBS checked.

Your Obligations

To provide a safe working environment for our staff

Please treat our staff with respect.

To pay promptly for the service we provide ideally by leaving cash on the day of each clean, please place the money in an envelope with the amount and your name written on the front for the cleaner to collect on the day. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, then please let me know.

For regular cleans during the period of our agreement and for a period of 12 months after our services have been terminated, you promise not to approach or employ any staff that have worked, or still work for Care4ul Cleaners, to work outside of the company.

For one off cleans, please advise the cleaner, myself or leave a note of your priority areas for the cleaner to work their way through in the time given and they will get done as much as possible.

Time of arrival will be between the hours of 9am-5.30pm. If for any reason, you need a specific time slot, please let us know, it is very hard to specify exact times, but an am or pm slot can be requested, and we will try to accommodate you. If you need to know an exact time that the cleaner will arrive, please feel free to ask the day before we are due.

We work to very tight timeslots, so please ensure that full access is provided for our staff on the day agreed, if for any reason we can’t gain access, through no fault of our own, you will still be charged for the clean, or due to this, if time has been affected, again by no fault of Care4ul Cleaners, then the time given to clean maybe reduced.

For regular cleans, we recommend as a company, that we key hold for you to avoid some of the above issues. We understand that you might not want to do this straight away, but would highly advise this is considered at the earliest possible time.

Changes/Cancellations

Please allow 1 months’ notice for termination of our services for regular cleans

For deep cleans, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required, if you need to cancel, we would still require 48 hours’ notice, but you would lose your deposit.

If for any reason you do not require our visit, please give us 48 hours’ notice otherwise the full amount of the clean, will be charged.

For holidays for regular cleans, please allow at least 2 weeks notice to cancel your clean.
