All Rooms
- Damp dust light fittings, picture rails (where applicable), damp dust behind moveable* furniture and tops of curtain rails.
- Wipe down all paintwork.
Vacuum cloth/wipe down leather furniture including under cushions. - Damp dust skirting boards, tops of doors, tops of pictures, furniture, sills, shelves, radiators and décor.
- Clean glass surfaces
Remove cobwebs. - Vacuum/mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs.
- Straighten bed linens.
- Empty bins.
- Dressing where possible, to ‘show home’ standard.
*anything that can easily be moved by one person.
Kitchen
- Clean the cupboard doors and skirts at the bottom of the cupboards
- Clean tiles from floor to ceiling
- Wipe down all appliances
- Clean oven hob, control knobs and front of oven, including hood (where applicable).
- Clean sink and worktops including under and behind appliances/décor.
- Clean microwave oven inside and out.
- Wipe down splash backs
Bathrooms
- Clean tiles from floor to ceiling.
- Wipe down front of vanity units/bath
- Removal of mould/soap scum from grout and silicone to the best of our ability
- Clean toilet, including bowl, seat, lid, tank and base.
- Clean bath and sink.
- Clean shower cubicle
- Clean mirrors and chrome.
- Clean all shelves, fixtures and items on the vanity sink.
Extras (included)
- Take knocks/scuff marks from doors/paintwork/skirts.
Windows - Clean all accessible windows internally including all UPVC
